Personal

I work best through structure, simplicity, and momentum. I focus on what matters most and remove what doesn’t. I’ve learned that progress beats perfection every time, so I design my workflow around habits and systems that keep me moving—even on the tough days.Rather than relying on motivation, I design my environment to help me succeed. I lay out tools in advance, use physical reminders, and build rituals that keep me focused, even on bad days. I stack new habits onto old ones and always question whether there is a better way to do something. That way, I stay consistent—and consistency is everything.I’m identity-driven. I don’t just want to do the right things; I want to be the kind of person who does them. That mindset shapes how I work: I read because I’m a reader. I train because I’m competitive. I show up for people because relationships are core to who I am.My style isn’t about grinding harder—it's about making things sustainable and real. I stay in the zone by choosing work that aligns with my strengths, and I measure success by whether I’m becoming who I want to be.

What I’m learning now:

It won’t be a revelation to anyone, but AI is transforming the technology industry, and soon the entire world. I’m spending a lot of time diving into AI tools, and trying to better understand how I can leverage them into becoming a better product manager, and a happier, more product human. Some specifics of what I’m working on:I’ve spent years writing thousands of words in OneNote. Recipes and meal plans, journals, notes from my MBA and online courses, and what I’ve learned from the many books I’ve enjoyed. I’m now in the process of translating all the information into Notion, and seeing how I can apply AI to gather insights from everything I’ve written and recorded over the years.Learning to code using Lovable, DataButton, and more! I’m on my way to publishing multiple apps – simple ones for now, but eventually more complex ones. I believe in extreme ownership, and the best way to have total ownership of your product is to be able to perform all the functions, all the way from ideation to launch, and then performing sales, marketing and customer service. I’m optimistic that the new suite of AI tools will make it possible for one person to do all of those things.
